A racing game where you race powerful trucks.

This is an indie game that is only around 35MB in size. It is a Windows game and is mostly for causal gamers that have very little else to do. It also requires very little in the way of processing power, so is good for devices such as netbooks, Windows phones, and older computers.

The trucks have powerful engines, are tuned, and are all set to race. The routes are not complex, but are a decent challenge because there are plenty of places to build up a little speed.

What Is The Aim Of The Game

You are placed in an environment on a road with other trucks, and it is your job to race them. The environments are pretty basic. They are textured, but they are not fancy and cannot hold a candle to modern graphics. The trucks are fairly basic too, with most of the detail coming yet again from the texturing.

The Sounds Are Primitive

It is not a very old game, but it was clearly designed by a smaller developer that perhaps doesn’t have the budget to create a highly detailed and in-depth game. The sounds are yet another testament to this fact because they are fairly run-of-the-mill.

You can tell the game is pretty primitive from the starter screen. On it you will find the Championship button, training, options, and quit. The whole feel of the starter screen is two dimensional and rather cheap looking. It is almost as if it were designed by a graphic design student in his/her first year.

There Are Ants At This Picnic

Like a picnic on a hot summer’s day, there are bugs here and there. Sometimes the game doesn’t start. For example, the game will load and the timer will count down for the race to start, but you cannot move and none of the other trucks move either. You may also drive off track (purposefully or not) and hit a complete stop. It is because some of the trees seem to have an invisible barrier around them that makes your truck halt. Plus, there are other times you come off the road and come to a complete stop for no reason; almost as if there is supposed to be a tree there.
